Is there a contract?
No. When you sign up for Proshark you go month-to-month. We don't belief in keeping hostages.
Are there any upfront fees?
Yes. There's normally a $999 up front fee to build or rebuild your website on our platform. Right now you can save 50% on that fee and reduce it to $499.
Will my site go down?
No. Your personal designer takes care of everything. We make the necessary changes in your Domain Manager so the new site pops right up over the old site. Then you can cancel that service and have zero down time.
Can I see some reviews?
Yes. Click the review widget in the bottom left corner. You'll see we have dozens of five star reviews. Our services will have a positive impact on your business.
Explain the "Personal Designer"
When you sign up for Proshark you get your very own personal designer. All of our designers are trained in multiple aspects of marketing and advertising. You'll have direct access to your designer to get your website update any time.
What about my domain?
You can keep your domain wherever it's parked right now. Or you can transfer it over with us at : Either way, your personal designer will walk you through it all.
What About My Emails?
When you come on board with Proshark, you can keep your email exactly as it is now. Or if you're unhappy with your current email service, you can get email with us at: info@proshark.com.
Would my website be mobile optimized?
Yes. Proshark is a RAD platform which stands for Responsive Adaptive Design. Your visitor will see a desktop, tablet or mobile version depending upon what device they are on.
Will I lose my search position?
Absolutely not! Our team duplicates your SEO skeletal structure completely. In fact, quite the opposite is true. Your search position will probably improve because our platform is 100% Google compliant.
Will my site be secure?
Yes. There's a good chance that your website doesn't have SSL right now which means it's not secure. And that's not good for search engines or customers. When you become a Proshark client you get an SSL certificate for FREE which means your site will always be secure.
How long does it take?
When you sign up for Proshark, you'll receive a questionnaire. Within 14 days of submitting your questionnaire our team will have your site ready to go live. You'll get a link to review the site and approve it for the Go Live Process.
Do I get website analytics?
Yes. Proshark has a comprehensive statistics section. This means you can see who's coming to your site, where they are coming from and the pages they view the most. You can also integrate Google Analytics if you'd like just by entering your UA code.
